Rule of Thirds

One of the most common rules of composition is the Rule of Thirds.
In it we mentally divide the frame into three equal parts horizontally and vertically. The lines that separate our photo are called strong lines, and the points where they intersect are called strong points.
If we focus in our photo on a strong point or a strong line, it has great potential to better focus the viewer’s attention on the focus.
At the same time, however, it is necessary to take into account the balance in our photography, ie. the rule of thirds is not a “recipe” for successful photos, but rather a tool that works in some situations and not in others.
